These terms cover Brawlock, a browser game operated by Promp' Industries. By using the game, you agree to these terms. For questions or support, use our private contact form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Playing Brawlock
Brawlock is currently a free, pre-alpha game. You may play for personal, lawful use, subject to these rules. If you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the service or agree to these terms under applicable law, obtain that permission first.
Casual and custom games can be played as a guest. Ranked play and persistent account progression require sign-in. Features, balance and availability may change as the game is developed.
Accounts and security
Use an account and credentials you are entitled to use. Keep your Google account, passkeys and devices secure, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your Brawlock account without permission. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent the operator or attempt to access another player's account.
Reserved names, ratings and cosmetics belong to the game account. Signing in on another device can move control of an existing game; it does not grant permission to run multiple competing seats or bypass the game's account/device restrictions.
Fair play and conduct
- Do not cheat, manipulate ranked results, exploit bugs to obtain an unfair advantage, or evade account and game-session restrictions.
- Do not attack the service, interfere with other players' connections, bypass access controls or use the game for unlawful activity.
- Do not harass, threaten or impersonate people, publish private information about others, or use abusive or unlawful player names or chat messages.
- Do not distribute malware, spam rooms or misuse automated clients to disrupt public games.
We may restrict accounts, remove inappropriate names or messages, correct manipulated results or suspend access to protect players and the service. Report problems using our private contact form.
Progression and virtual items
Ranked ratings, Embers, unlocks and cosmetics are game features. Embers and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. They do not give you ownership of the service or a promise of permanent availability. Balance changes, bug fixes and development changes may affect ratings or progression.
Player content and recordings
You remain responsible for the names and messages you submit and for having the right to submit them. You allow us to transmit, display and store that content as needed to provide and protect the game. Other participants can see room chat and gameplay, everyone using Brawlock can see global chat, and may save or share game recordings. Do not submit information you expect to remain private.
Game materials and third-party services
Brawlock's materials and third-party assets remain subject to their respective ownership and licences. You may share gameplay screenshots and recordings; do not represent yourself as the game's operator or claim ownership of someone else's materials. In-game Credits identifies contributors and asset sources.
Brawlock is an independent game inspired by the Warlock custom games for Warcraft III and Dota 2. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment or Valve. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Google sign-in, hosting providers and other third-party services have their own terms. These terms do not replace those agreements.
Availability and responsibility
The pre-alpha may contain bugs, interruptions or incomplete features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free play or permanent preservation of every game record. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available, without additional warranties.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Ending use and changes
You can stop playing at any time. For account or data-deletion requests, use our private contact form; signing out alone does not delete server records.
We may update these terms as the game changes. Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date, and we will give additional notice where required by law. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
